This is paid time off from work for personal reasons unrelated to illness or injury.
*Employees who work reduced hours or join the Company later through the year will receive a prorated Annual Leave allocation accordingly.

Bereavement Leave is paid time off in the event of the death of an immediate or extended family member, or the death of a fellow employee.
Up to three days per death.
Sick Leave is paid time off due to a personal illness or injury. A doctor’s certificate is required after three calendar days, and a copy of this must be submitted to HR Services.
Up to 33 calendar days per calendar year*
*Please note: the first 30 days of sick leave per year are recorded under “Sick Leave (<31 days)”, any additional days are recorded under “Sick Leave (over 30 days)”. This is for reporting purposes only and does not affect statutory sick pay entitlements.
Carer’s Leave is paid time off from work to provide personal care or support to a relative living in the same household.
