CrowdStrike offers a Retirement Plan to help you save for retirement and is intended to supplement the National Social Security Institute (INSS). Employees and apprentices are eligible to enroll in the plan 90 days after your hire date. Enrollment through Brasilprev is voluntary and you may choose two types of contributions to the plan:
You may stop contributions to the plan at any time. You may change (increase or decrease) your contributions two times per year, in May and October.
Crowdstrike will match 100% of your PGBL or VGBL contributions, up to 4% of your pensionable salary. The maximum company match is BRL 40,000 per calendar year. Your pensionable salary is comprised of your annual base pay, bonuses from the corporate incentive and sales incentive plans, and commissions from the commission plan.
Your Retirement Plan contributions are always 100% vested. The company’s matching contributions to your account become 100% vested after five years of service. This means that if you leave Crowdstrike before becoming 100% vested, you would forfeit a percentage of the company’s matching contributions, as shown in the vesting schedule below.
