Employees have access to a range of support services and programs designed to help them navigate challenges and prioritize self-care. Modern Health

CrowdStrike offers free, personalized 1:1 coaching services to employees through Modern Health. These coaching sessions are tailored to individual needs and cover topics such as career development, personal growth, and work-life balance. Family members, including spouses and dependents over age 18, can also use Modern Health counseling services. Additionally, Modern Health provides digital resources for mental health support, including access to interactive programs, self-paced courses, and mindfulness exercises such as meditations, breathing exercises, and soundscapes to help manage stress and improve sleep.

Annual Leave

CrowdStrike understands the importance of mental health and provides an annual leave allowance of 22 – 28 days, based on years of service, that can be used as mental health days. Employees are encouraged to prioritise their wellbeing, and taking a mental health day is a valid use of time off. You can request a mental health day through the company’s standard Time Off request process.
